End-User License Agreement

This EULA governs your use of Desktop Itch ("the Software").

Grant of license

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.

Ownership

The Software and all intellectual property rights remain with the publisher. itch.io is a trademark of itch corp; this Software is not affiliated with itch.io.

Termination

This license terminates if you breach any term. Upon termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.
